Sleepy Saturdays
The three of us have spent most of the day today lounging around. Baby Addison has slept for just about the whole day, but her mom tells me she was up all night. I guess I must have reached my exhaustion point because I didn’t hear a peep. I slept through the whole thing.
I’ve found the things on my mind are now mostly related to pictures and documenting what has happened. I have spent some time looking through the old scrapbooks that my Mom made for me, and want to make sure I have plenty of that put together for Addison. I’m sure all new parents start out like this, I’m just hoping that I can keep up to it.
If you’ve read this far I have a treat for you. There are a few more pictures in the slideshow gallery so swing over there and see a few more. nothing terribly exciting, more sleeping, but I know how much everyone enjoys the pictures.

Those are cute pictures of baby Addison. It is always interesting how they get there days and nights mixed up and it takes a little while before there internal clock adjusts them. Until then moms are always tired.

So – are you lucky enough to be able to take some “vacation time” to be home? What’s it like for you, having a new little person that it totally dependent on you? How have your thoughts of fatherhood changed since you’ve had little Addison?
