We've been on it for almost 5 weeks (12 week program) - and he's lost 20 lbs. I've gotten more trim and am building muscle. It's a pretty easy program - you just have to stick to it. 20-45min. workouts, 6 days a week - and good eating 6 days a week. On Sunday we relax and eat all the junk we can handle - and then start again on Monday. If you're into it - I recommend buying the book, "Body for life - Champions" and the recipe book (A must) - "Eating for life". The food is actually good - and it's normal stuff. No calorie or point counting - pretty simple (so good for me). It's fun doing it together too - supporting & cheering each other on. Good luck!

Cat – Jon & I are doing the “body for life” <a

Depressing, I know, but you'll get used to it some day. Addison is so cute though, so I'm guessing it was worth it. Good luck with the job searching.

I hate to tell you this, but your body is never going to be the same shape agian.
