Trying to be independant…

Addison has been trying to do things on her own now for a little while. The past few weeks she’s insisted on feeding herself. I’m excited that she’s in this phase! I thought that I was a genius when I bought a suction plate. That way it will be stuck on the table and she can learn to scoop the food and not flip the plate over…. so much for “child-proof” as you can tell by the pictures below :)

    So the plate doesn’t actually stick to the table? That sucks! When I saw the first picture I was thinking “genius,” and getting ready to buy one… too bad it didn’t work.

    yeah, I think the suction cup idea was great…but it looks like you have a smart child… I can’t believe how big she is getting! crazy!!!
